Head of Marketing, Federal, Nokia

Jacqueline Lampert is the head of marketing for Nokia’s Federal Division. As a marketing executive who is part of the division’s leadership team, Lampert is responsible for leading the marketing strategy with the goal of strengthening the brand’s presence in the U.S. Federal market.

Lampert brings almost 15 years of marketing experience to Nokia. Most recently, Lampert was head of marketing and communications at Avantus Federal where she led the rebranding efforts as well as developing and launching key campaigns within its portfolios. Prior to this, Lampert was with ARINC where she led social media and helped establish the company’s digital footprint.

Lampert holds a Bachelor of Journalism from the University of Missouri and a M.S. in Communications from Syracuse University.

Joseph Pendry is the vice president of marketing and communications at Akima. He is responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive branding, business growth, and employee & stakeholder engagement.

Prior to joining Akima, Joe led Lockheed Martin Information Systems & Global Solutions (IS&GS) integration communications during the merger with Leidos, which combined the two entities to produce a technology and solutions company with more than $10 billion in annual revenue. He also served as vice president of communications at IS&GS, where he managed over 40 global communications professionals in marketing, media relations, employee communications, and creative solutions. Joe has held marketing leadership positions with General Dynamics Information Technology, Symantec, and successful technology startup companies.

Joe’s Akima team was honored in 2021 with a National Gold ADDY award from the American Advertising Federation. He has also been honored with a MarCom Gold award from the Association of Marketing & Communications Professionals and was named a Top 20 MarCom Leader to Watch in 2022 by Washington Executive.

Joe holds an MBA from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland, as well as a master’s degree in public policy from the McCourt School of Public Policy at Georgetown University. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Miami University (Ohio).
