Yvonne Vervaet is Senior Vice President of Growth and Capabilities for ManTech, leading strategic company direction on a number of critical disciplines, including directing corporate resources toward meeting the company’s customer, capability and brand awareness goals.
She is responsible for setting the company’s growth strategy by aligning business methods, capabilities, and enabling technologies to federal budgets and the company’s business opportunity pipeline. Moreover, she is responsible for linking the innovations of the company’s cyber capabilities and digital technologies to drive customer preference for the brand through multiple channels.
Ms. Vervaet has been with ManTech since 2013. She has served as chief growth officer for the Mission, Cyber & Intelligence Solutions (MCIS) Group, where she drove technology and security solutions for defense, intelligence and federal civilian agencies. She was instrumental in growing the business group with nearly $4 billion of new business wins during her five years in business development. Ms. Vervaet developed and executed new business growth strategies for MCIS, collaborating with leadership and leveraging the expertise, brain power and technical know-how of ManTech’s experts who comprise the company’s Communities of Practice.
Prior to joining ManTech, Ms. Vervaet served as the chief operating officer and senior vice president of business development for SIG Holdings, where she focused on growing the business and operational efficiency. She has worked for SpecTal, BAE Systems, Northrop Grumman, Electronic Data Systems (EDS) and Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) in leading business development roles.
She earned a degree in Business Management from Rochester Institute of Technology and has many professional certifications, including Program Management Institute Program Management Professional and EC Council Certified Incident Handler.
James Scampavia is the Vice President of Business Development at AMERICAN SYSTEMS. He has more than 25 years of marketing and business development experience in Federal and Local Government markets with the past 15 years in business development, working for government contractors. He has ascended through a number of roles with increasing responsibility in business development with companies such as BAE Systems, L-3 Communications, and STG. Prior to that, Scampavia held senior marketing positions with state and local entities, notably the Fairfax County (Va.) Economic Development Authority.
Scampavia earned MBA from The George Washington University, and a BA from the University of California, Santa Cruz. He holds professional affiliations with AFCEA Homeland Security Committee, TechAmerica, and the Professional Services Council.
