Cybersecurity, cloud and DevSecOps provider VariQ has announced its acquisition of Rivet Logic, a digital transformation company based in Reston, Virginia.
The transaction aims to broaden VariQ digital offerings by providing new cloud and open source technology partnerships with AWS Elemental, Liferay, Crafter, MongoDB, Box, Salesforce and Alfresco. Moreover, the acquisition will expand digital capabilities to include enhanced UI/UX, video solutions, mobile and database modernization services in the cloud.
