Two Six Technologies has promoted Young Bang, Amy Dalton and Becky Fair to president, chief operating officer and chief product officer, respectively.
“I am excited to announce expanded roles for Young Bang, Amy Dalton, and Becky Fair within our executive leadership team,” said Joe Logue, CEO of Two Six Technologies. “As Two Six continues to grow rapidly, these outstanding leaders will maintain our focus on rapid innovation, mission-ready products, and flawless execution for our customers. It’s their leadership that supports and enables the extraordinary work by our entire team on critical missions of national security.”

As president, Bang oversees Two Six’s Digital Advantage, Trusted Electronics & Effects, and Research capabilities. He served at Two Six as executive vice president and special advisor before joining in 2025 from The Carlyle Group, where he was an operating executive.
He was also principal deputy assistant secretary of the Army for acquisition, logistics and technology; a partner and senior vice president at Booz Allen Hamilton; and a U.S. Army captain following his graduation from West Point.

As COO, Dalton leads corporate functions including contracts, enterprise IT, people and culture, enterprise risk management and business development. She has been part of Two Six’s executive team since the company’s formation in 2021, most recently as chief performance officer. Before that, she was COO of IST Research and a senior director at Sierra Nevada Corp., and served 10 years as an Army military intelligence officer.

As CPO, Fair oversees product strategy across Two Six’s software and hardware portfolio. She joined Two Six in 2022 when the company acquired Thresher Ventures, a software firm she co-founded and led as CEO. Thresher’s products detect and predict media manipulation by foreign governments. Prior to founding Thresher, Fair spent 10 years in the U.S. intelligence community, founded a management consulting practice and worked for the International Finance Corporation in Russia.
