
Integrated Data Services, part of the Arlington Capital Partners portfolio, has appointed Sujey Edward as chief strategy and innovation officer.
Edward will focus on expanding IDS into new markets, pursuing strategic acquisitions and keeping the company’s platform competitive.

Edward most recently served as chief technology officer and senior partner at IBM U.S. Federal, where he established the first Federal Consulting CTO Office and partnered with government agencies on AI and digital transformation initiatives. Before that, he was CTO at Octo, which was acquired during his tenure, where he built the engineering teams that positioned the company as a digital transformation provider.
He has also held technical and leadership roles at Salient CRGT, Number Six Software, WeatherBug, Advanced Technology Systems Corp. and SAIC. He has advised the Virginia Chamber of Commerce and serves on the advisory board of Virginia Tech’s Pamplin College of Business Department of Business Information Technology.
Edward’s industry recognition includes nominations for the WashingtonExec Pinnacle Award as AI Executive of the Year and he was a 2024 Nextgov/FCW Federal 100 winner.
