Abt Associates has announced Noel N. Samuel will be joining the company as the new chief financial officer.
Before joining Abt Associates, Samuel was CFO of immixGroup. Samuel also served as CFO of Dell Computer’s public sector services business unit and was the senior vice president of finance at Perot Systems Government Services.
“Noel’s blend of financial, operational and strategic skills in companies of different types and sizes was the perfect fit to help us meet our strategic objectives in a rapidly changing market,” said Kathleen Flanagan, Abt president and chief executive officer.
