After the whirlwind of last weekend’s 2015 K-12 STEM Symposium, things are a bit calmer this week in the WashingtonExec offices. Joe Brock of Pragmatics also offered his insight on how recompete win rates lead to long-term industry success, keeping clients happy and the most important industry trends to follow this year.
In Executive Moves and Board Appointments, John Dvorak is now Triple-i’s Chief Technology Officer, Michael Kleeblatt is Amyx Inc.’s Vice President of Business Development, Philip Nolan is the new CEO of Camber Corporation and Daniel Muse is now Sevatec Inc.’s CFO.
It was a big week in the Mergers & Acquisitions front, MAXIMUS will acquire Acentia for $300 million in all-cash transaction; Spectrum Systems – Emtec Federal acquired LTI DataComm; and SAIC will acquire Scitor Corp. for $790 million.
