Lisa Gardner
Vice president of Federal Civilian Solutions Mission Area, Noblis
Earlier this fiscal year, Lisa Gardner was named vice president of Noblis’ Federal Civilian Solutions Mission Area, which includes the company’s Health Solutions Division.
“Leading this talented team is both an honor and opportunity to challenge and inspire my colleagues to reach new heights in our customers’ critical and evolving health missions,” she said.
As a nonprofit with a mission-first commitment to objectivity, Noblis brings a unique, science-based approach to collaboration — and Gardner’s team is no exception. She’s focused on empowering the full strength of Noblis Ph.D.s, technology leaders and domain experts from across government markets to create forward-leaning innovations for civilian health agencies.
“Lisa has a strong passion and commitment to deliver transformational outcomes for all our federal civilian sector customers,” said Mile Corrigan, Noblis president and CEO. “Her in-depth health care leadership and expertise have enabled us to achieve mission success for our current health care clients like the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. Her proven ability to attract top talent in the health care sector will continue to position us for the future as we execute our Vision 2030 strategy.”
Why Watch
By combining scientific proficiency, unique tools and advanced technologies, Gardner’s team provides agile and innovative solutions to civilian health customers. For example, its research and development to investigate applications of multivariate time-series classification helps predict opioid-related emergency department visits.
“Working in the health care domain provides me and my team with great personal and professional fulfillment, knowing that we are promoting improvements in the health and well-being of all people through science, technology and innovation,” Gardner said. “It is a highly dynamic market, and we must move quickly not only to keep pace, but to stay ahead of tomorrow’s challenges.”
