Her team works to make employees feel appreciated by organizing special events, holding discussions to collect opinions on the company’s values and starting new programs based on what employees suggest. This includes a new orientation program for new hires and training for managers who directly oversee staff.

In addition to providing HR leadership to the Government Solution business, Foglesong is partnering with colleagues across the company to drive talent programs globally. The global HR team is collaborating to leverage best practices in the design of career frameworks, competency models, succession planning and training programs that will prepare the workforce for the future.
