Management consulting and digital transformation company CALIBRE Systems has been awarded a task order for National Guard Bureau J8 Force Structure, Resources, and Assessment Support Services.

The company said it will assist with capabilities development processes, including the validation of new National Guard joint capabilities in the Joint Capability Integration and Development System process, and the coordinated implementation and reporting of new validated joint capabilities.

The work will include wargaming, concept development, proof of concept/prototyping, and innovation services.

“We are committed to the NGB J8’s success within the Joint Staff and look forward to bringing our innovative and award-winning capabilities to our NGB J8 client,” said Doug Victor, vice president of CALIBRE’s Human Capital Management & Training Division.

The contact also calls for CALIBRE to support validation of joint programs to compete effectively in the Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution process for resources.

“CALIBRE brings over 27 years of expertise in PPBE and force management to NGB J8 and we look forward to building upon the momentum gained over the past two years in facilitating National Guard Bureau participation in the DoD and Service processes to maximize organizational performance and enable NGB J8 critical mission success,” Victor said.

The award falls under the Office of Personnel and Management and General Services Administration Human Capital and Training Solutions vehicle. HCaTS, a governmentwide, Multiple Award, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity contract, is a Best-in-Class vehicle that provides customized human capital and training solutions to meet the needs of the federal workforce.
