Yvonne Vervaet has been promoted to ManTech‘s senior vice president of growth and capabilities, a newly created corporate role at the company.

Effective Nov. 1, Vervaet will be tasked with setting ManTech’s growth strategy and leading enterprise capabilities, marketing, communications.

ManTech President and CEO Kevin Phillips credited Vervaet with driving some key award wins for the company, including a $668 million one from the Homeland Security Department focused on supporting its Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation program.

“In her new corporate role as Senior Vice President of Growth and Capabilities she will apply this same energy, strategic thinking and winning attitude to innovations that advance the missions of all ManTech customers – and grow our business,” he said.

Vervaet’s career at ManTech began in 2013, when she joined as chief growth officer for the company’s Mission, Cyber & Intelligence Solutions Group. Prior to that, she served as SVP of business development at Strategic Intelligence Group, and before that, as VP for business development at SpecTal. She also held senior positions at Northrop Grumman/TASC, EDS and CSC.
