Veteran industry executive Tina Dolph has been appointed president and chief executive of Siemens Government Technologies, effective Oct. 1

Dolph, whose most recent role was as chief strategy officer of CRDF Global, has over two decades of government industry experience and worked at Lockheed Martin PAE and ASRC Federal.

“Tina has an impressive background with a diverse portfolio of operational experience in the government contracting community,” said Anne Altman, SGT board of directors’ chair. “Tina’s depth of understanding in government finance, strategy and operations aligns perfectly to SGT’s continued growth as Siemens’ leading federal integrator, solving government customers’ greatest challenges in integrated electric power, energy resiliency and efficiency, digitalization, automation and infrastructure modernization endeavors.”

Dolph’s career began with Lockheed Martin, where she played a key part in the company’s integration with and subsequent divestiture of PAE, Inc. At PAE, she held executive leadership roles culminating as executive vice president of company operations. She also served as chief operations officer at PAE and had P&L responsibility for a $600 million business unit.

Additionally, Dolph served in executive positions with ASRC Federal and was executive vice president and general manager of FCi Federal.

Barbara Humpton served as SGT president and CEOfor nearly three years, but in April stepped into the role as Siemens USA chief executive.
