Southern California-based Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. has acquired the Van Dyke Technology Group Inc., according to a release by Clearsight Advisors Inc. Clearsight served as the exclusive strategic and financial advisor to Van Dyke. The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

The company provides advanced cybersecurity services and solutions designed to protect sensitive information within classified networks, with a focus on supporting the U.S. Intelligence Community (IC). Jacobs will look to Van Dyke for solutions that protect the increasing interconnectedness of capital investments.
