HandshakeTriad Technology Partners announced April 21 that its ServiceNow Professional Services team has been acquired by U.S. audit, tax and advisory firm KPMG LLP.

“As a leading ServiceNow Federal Partner, we are thrilled to be joining forces with this world-class organization, and truly appreciate that Triad’s ServiceNow expertise and leadership in the Public Sector has been recognized,” Triad CEO and Founder Bridget Dunnington said. “The acquisition of our ServiceNow Services practice by the recognized global leader and No. 1 ServiceNow Partner, KPMG, represents an incredible opportunity for our current customers and the ServiceNow Public Sector market at large. With the Triad team as the cornerstone of KPMG’s Federal Advisory practice, the combined strengths of Triad and KPMG will deliver powerful returns for Triad’s clients and specifically, the Federal and Intelligence communities.”

“Triad ITSM Consulting has delivered exceptional projects with the ServiceNow platform for six years,” General Manager Brian Jewett said. “This acquisition enables Triad to expand our reach and breadth through KPMG’s extensive investments and global team. We are excited to join KPMG and be the nucleus for their Public Sector ServiceNow practice.”

“Triad’s track record in the federal space is unmatched, and by combining our experience with KPMG’s resources, we will achieve the next evolutionary step in ServiceNow services delivery,” Triad Services Executive Director Eric Sabatella said.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
