Arctic Slope Regional Corporation (ASRC) last week announced it added Mark Gray as president and chief executive and Greg Resutek as chief operating officer and acting chief financial officer of ASRC Federal, the wholly owned subsidiary of ASRC.

Established in 2003 and headquartered in Beltsville, Md., the company serves the federal government with defense, civil and intelligence support through its three operating groups: Engineering and Aerospace Solutions, Information and Technical Solutions and Infrastructure, Logistics and Solutions.

Gray served previously as vice president and general manager of URS Corporation’s Systems Engineering and Information Solutions group.  Resutek comes to ASRC Federal from URS Corporation’s Federal System Division where he served as vice president of business operations.

ASRC President, Rex A. Rock, chief executive, said the leadership additions position the company well in the government services industry.

“The additions of Mark Gray and Greg Resutek position ASRC Federal to continue to deliver the high level of service customers have come to expect while also pursuing opportunities for growth through mergers and acquisitions,” Rock said.

Gray said he looks forward to enhancing ASRC Federal customer, employee and shareholder-focused strategy, growth and operational sustainability.

“I am committed to our employees, shareholders and corporate executive team to evolve a well-established operational culture of respect, cooperation and financial success, resulting in achievement of the goals in the corporation’s strategic plan,” Gray said. “I look forward to immediately engaging with ASRC Federal’s talented workforce, customers and strategic partners.”
