A-T Solutions Inc., an internationally recognized leader in counterterrorism, has acquired GreenLine Systems, a technology company specializing in helping governments around the world manage risks associated with maritime and cross-border movement of vessels, goods and people. Through this acquisition, A-T Solutions further extends its counterterrorism capabilities into international markets and the critical areas of transportation security and border protection.

“GreenLine Systems shares our commitment to excellence and customer mission success,” said Dennis Kelly, president and CEO of A-T Solutions. “We believe their high-quality enterprise software solutions and subject matter expertise in maritime, transportation security and border protection will give our combined team a broader range of technology solutions to meet the continuously changing needs of our customers in the U.S. and around the world.”

Founded in 2002, GreenLine Systems is a global technology company with offices in Virginia, Canada and the Netherlands serving U.S. and international government customers. The company combines deep domain expertise with highly effective agile software development skills to deliver unique solutions for its customers. GreenLine Systems applies a proven agile software development method to deliver custom solutions for worldwide transportation situational awareness and threat assessment. The company also provides a unique software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution for both governmental and commercial clients needing enhanced maritime traffic monitoring and analysis.

“We are excited about becoming a part of the A-T Solutions family,” said Scott Suhy, CEO of GreenLine Systems. “A-T Solutions has an excellent reputation around the world as a leading authority in counterterrorism, and the team is clearly committed to that mission. The technologies and customers of our companies are highly complementary and, perhaps even more important to both of us, our organizational cultures are very similar. We are pleased to have the chance to continue to grow with a company that strives to make a real difference every day for its customers.”

A-T Solutions has been repeatedly recognized for growth and excellence in its industry. The company was recently ranked on the Washington Business Journal’s list of 50 fastest-growing companies for the third consecutive year and on Inc. magazine’s list of fastest-growing companies in America for the seventh consecutive year. In 2012, A-T Solutions was named Best-Run Company by Washington SmartCEO Magazine and Company of the Year by the Association for Corporate Growth.
