AFCEA International has a new mentorship program titled The Mentoring Continuum that they will be offering this fall. Kay Kapoor, President at AT&T Government Solutions and Renny DiPentima, former President and CEO at SRA International, will lead the panel discussion about the benefits of mentoring programs to industry. The meeting will take place at a lunch on July 10th at Maggiano’s Little Italy Restaurant at Tysons II in McLean, Va.

Kapoor and DiPentima will offer tips about how to identify, mentor and retain talented employees and panelists will explore how mentoring not only benefits individuals but also their employers. Details about The Mentoring Continuum and applications to participate in it will be available at the luncheon. AFCEA membership is required to participate with the Continuum mentorship program.

The cost to attend the luncheon is $50 for AFCEA members and $60 for nonmembers; there is no charge for government attendees, but registration is required.
