    Renny DiPentima Selected To ASI Government Board Of Directors

    ASI Government (ASI) announced Monday that it had appointed Renato (Renny) DiPentima to ASI’s Board of Directors. Dr. DiPentima is the former President, CEO and Board Director of SRA International. He currently serves on several governmental and corporate boards, including a leading private equity firm where he advises on investments in the government services sector.“Renny’s appointment affirms our commitment to tapping into leaders in our field to fuel continued innovation in support of our clients’ vital missions,” said ASI President and CEO, Kymm McCabe. “As we continue to grow ASI, we are thrilled to add Renny’s 30 years of distinguished service in the federal government and remarkable talent for building people and mission-centered cultures.”Dr. DiPentima is a 40 year veteran in the public and private sectors. Prior to joining SRA, he was the Social Security Administration’s (SSA) CIO and Deputy Commissioner for Systems, responsible for overseeing and managing all of SSA’s information processing and data and voice communication systems. He also served on numerous task forces and commissions, including as Chairman of the Federal Information Technology Acquisition Improvement Team, as part of the President’s National Performance Review initiatives.Dr. DiPentima has been honored with two Presidential Rank awards (Distinguished and Meritorious Service), AFFIRM Industry Executive of the Year, Federal Computer Week’s top 100 IT Executive and Eagle Award, the Azimuth Award (Industry Executive of the Year) by the Federal Government CIO Council and PostNewsweek Tech Media, and the ACT-IAC Janice K.
