Salient CRGT Inc. Data Analytics Center of Excellence Director, David Vennergrund, co-presented with Stephen Dennis, as part of the Predictive Analytics World for Government’s 5th Annual Conference in Washington, D.C. on Oct 14. It is the only vendor-neutral analytics conference for government.

Dennis is the Innovation Director at the Homeland Security Advanced Research Projects Agency (HSARPA), Science and Technology Directorate within the U.S. Dept. of Homeland Security.

The discussion, “Moving Data Analytics from Proof to Production,” shared best practices to help ensure a company’s proof-of-concept makes an impact in production.

“As an analytics solution developer, I have seen good proofs fail to leave the lab setting,” Vennergrund said. “I look forward to sharing best practices to help proofs leave the lab and make real mission impact.” The pair will also address the characteristics of successful projects and why others fail.

Salient CRGT will also demonstrate its Proof-to-Impact Analytics™ advanced, big data analytics service offering.
