    Preferred Systems Solutions Acquires Government Contract Solutions Inc.

    Preferred Systems Solutions (PSS), based in Tysons Corner, Va., announced Dec. 9 its acquisition of Government Contract Solutions Inc. (GCS).

    “PSS is committed to providing world class support to the men and women charged with upholding our national security in their important mission to defend our country and preserve our democracy at home and abroad,” PSS CEO Scott Goss said. “The acquisition of GCS, with an 18 year successful track record of outstanding customer support within the intelligence and civilian federal communities, expands our commitment to those men and women.”

    The McLean Group served as GCS’ advisor.

    This is the third acquisition PSS has made in the past six months. It acquired Envision Technical Services in June and Global Services & Solutions (GSS) in August.
