Salient Federal Solutions, Inc. (Salient) will host an open house to demonstrate its high-tech Talent Operations Center (TOC) integrated with its Program Management Control Center (PMCC). The open house will be held in the San Diego area at 10431 Wateridge Circle, Suite 210, San Diego, CA 92121 on November 20, 2013, from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM (PST).
Salient’s Talent Operations Centers (TOCs) are state-of-the-art command centers whose teams focus their intensity entirely on the management of Salient’s potential employees. Salient’s TOCs are currently managing relationships with over 450,000 potential candidates. The company uses a proprietary Performance Diagnostic tool, a behavioral science tool that assesses the personal “fit” of a candidate for unique technology tasks, to find the right people for the job.
“We are in the business of selecting the best people who are most likely to succeed in their assigned tasks,” says Bill Parker, Salient COO. “We apply process, systems, technology and incentives to get the volume of candidates that permit us to be very selective. And we use every other means, including behavioral science, to substantiate our selectivity and provide the best possible person for the particular environment. I am personally looking forward to discussing our talent operations, combined with program management to get the right people and get the job done right.”
At the Open House in San Diego, Parker will offer interactive discussions around customers’ challenges to reduce program risk, ensure rapid delivery of mission essential personnel, and maximize performance in a demanding contract environment.
Currently, Salient has Talent Operation Centers, in Fairfax, VA and in Tampa, FL.
