Seasoned industry executive and former Department of Homeland Security official Reginald “Reggie” Brothers took the helm of NuWave Solutions in June, and has already built tremendous momentum for the company, the leading developer of data fusing, sense-making analytic solutions for complex business problems.
Brothers joined the company when investment firm AE Industrial Partners acquired majority ownership of the McLean, Virginia-based government technology services provider. Prior, Brothers served as chief technology officer of Peraton, and before, was a principal with The Chertoff Group.
His most experienced perspective on the public sector market stems from his years of service in government. From 2014-2017, Brothers served as undersecretary for science and technology at DHS, where he was responsible for a science and technology portfolio that included basic and applied research, development, demonstration, testing and evaluation to assist operational elements and first responders to achieve their mission objectives.
From 2011-2014, Brothers also served as deputy assistant secretary of defense for research at the Defense Department, where he was responsible for policy and oversight of the department’s science and technology programs and laboratories. He has also held senior roles at the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, BAE Systems and MIT Lincoln Laboratory.
As the CEO of NuWave Solutions, Brothers leverages his 30 years of experience on both sides of the sector to help elevate the company’s revolutionary services; Artemis Anticipation Network, a machine learning and anticipatory intelligence tool, as well as its Enterprise Management Decision Support.
