Mission-critical solutions provider IntelliBridge has announced the promotion of Alan Thomas, Jr. to chief operating officer.

Thomas has more than 25 years’ experience growing and managing technology and services organizations. He previously served as commissioner of the Federal Acquisition Service at the General Services Administration.

“While Alan was at GSA, he was responsible for managing thousands of employees who annually deliver $60 billion in acquisition and technology solutions across the Federal government,” said IntelliBridge President and CEO Cass Panciocco. “His proven experience in improving organizations and enabling greater efficiencies will help fuel our continued growth.”

Thomas joined IntelliBridge in November 2019 as executive vice president of special projects.

“I’m grateful for the opportunity to lead the people who deliver mission-oriented solutions and expertise to our customers in overcoming some of the nation’s toughest challenges,” he said. “While the IntelliBridge name is new, our performance track record is built upon a long-standing foundation of excellent customer service that I intend to continue.”
