As Trowbridge president and CEO, Cass Panciocco remains focused on operations and business development with an emphasis on delivering industry leading solutions to federal agencies in the defense and civil markets. In 2019, the company’s most significant accomplishment was its April acquisition by Enlightenment Capital, Panciocco said.
“Our partnership with Enlightenment will allow us to make the necessary investments to grow our business both organically and through acquisition over the next few years,” he said.
Trowbridge also expanded its management team to support its future growth strategy as it strives to become a premier government IT service provider. And through and through, it stays true to its culture, values and commitment to taking care of its employees and customers to continue growing its business.
“It amazes me at times how many companies forget to do this because they focus solely on short-term profitability and not long-term growth,” Panciocco said.
Another way Panciocco and Trowbridge are serving customers’ missions is by implemented cost reductions through cloud solutions and data center consolidations.
“Our cloud and network engineering, as well as software-defined networking solutions, provide clients with unparalleled return on investment and unprecedented control of their technology,” Panciocco said.
The company’s DevSecOps solutions improve collaboration and reduce time and resources lost to cyberattacks, while Trowbridge is also helping customers use artificial intelligence and machine learning to leverage cloud and defend networks.
While Trowbridge will continue to deliver high-value solutions to customers and differentiate itself as an employer of choice to attract and retain top talent, Panciocco said the company is looking for growth opportunities in 2020.
“We will closely examine the growth opportunities available through aggressive M&A activities, facilitating strategic development into new customers and markets with an eye toward expanding our core capabilities, service offerings and value proposition,” he said.
