    Sridhar Rajagopalan, Alpha Omega Integration

IT business consulting firm Alpha Omega Integration has named a duo of veterans of the federal government and commercial IT fields as vice president of client services and technology director, respectively.

Sridhar Rajagopalan, who takes the VP role, will be responsible for service delivery of programs and projects for the Small Business Administration and the State Department — Alpha Omega’s largest clients.

Previously, Rajagopalan worked for 14 years at STG (now SOSi), including as solutions and enterprise architect, project and program manager, and director of solutions (business development). He has over 22 years of experience in the federal government and commercial IT sectors, including implementing programs under contracts with the State, Agriculture, Justice, Health and Human Services and Veterans Affairs departments.

    Nitin Vartak, Alpha Omega Integration

Nitin Vartak, named director of technology, has over 19 years of experience in technology and digital strategies for the federal and commercial sectors.

Currently at Alpha Omega, he oversees projects at USDA and at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration and works to build up the company’s core competencies through technology practice centers, the company said.

Previously, Vartak led the technology practice centers and CTO Solutions Organization for QSSI (now Optum) with a focus on the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services that contributed to the company’s explosive growth. Along with his federal experience, his commercial customers have included the stock exchange in Japan and Bancolombia in Latin America.
