    Salient CRGT Snags State Department Language Training Prime Contract

    Salient CRGT, Inc. has been awarded a base and four 1-year option period indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity prime contract from the State Department’s School of Language Studies.

    Under the deal, the company will provide language instruction, curriculum development and testing services to State Department staff and other government personnel.

    “Salient CRGT is proud to support the School of Language Studies at the Foreign Service Institute assisting in providing instruction, testing, and distance learning to U.S. government employees so they can continue to meet our diplomatic mission,” said Tom Ferrando, president of Salient CRGT. “This program provides critical language and cultural instruction to assist the U.S. with its foreign policy goals and objectives.”

    Salient CRGT will deliver training, testing and curriculum development. The company will provide instruction to hundreds of feds with expertise in the field of foreign language teaching, culture and applied linguistics.

    Enrollments in SLS exceed 2,000 students yearly, including up to 1,000 distance learning enrollments, and language training and testing occurs in over 70 foreign languages.
