    Bo Durickovic Promoted As President & COO Of Serco

    Bo Durickovic, Serco

    Today, Secro announced Bo Durickovic as the new President and COO of the company. Durickovic previously served Serco’s Executive VP, Chief of Staff.

    Before joining Serco, Durickovic has more than 1o years of experience in sales, marketing and corporate strategy in the energy and technology industries. His career began as a consultant with McKinsey & Company where he served many Fortune 500 companies and focused predominately on the energy sector. Durickovic was VP of business development and corporate strategy for IMARK, an early-stage software company that was sold for 340 million USD to FreeMarkets. He was also co-founder of two companies; Phiware, a company that provides enterprise business-planning software solutions to Fortune 500 companies, and IMON, a producer of new media properties. Mr. Durickovic served briefly as senior corporate strategy consultant to Dell Inc.

    Durickovic holds an undergraduate degree with Highest Distinction in Economics from the University of North Carolina where he was a Morehead Scholar.

    “As a result of the growth of the Company and our ambitions to expand Serco into new markets, it is an appropriate time to appoint a Chief Operating Officer,” said Ed Casey, CEO of Serco.  “Given Bo’s increasing responsibilities and contributions over the years, he was the natural person to fill this leadership position.  He will bring enormous energy and enthusiasm to our shared vision of making Serco the world’s great service company.”
