John Sutton: New QinetiQ Mission And Information Solutions EVP

Earlier this week QinetiQ NA announced John Sutton as the company’s new general manager and executive vice president of its mission and information solutions unit.

Sutton is now responsible for QinetiQ’s revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and employee welfare for the business unit. Sutton will specifically focus on the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, the Intelligence Community (IC) and governmental civilian agencies.

Prior to this appointment, Sutton was senior vice president of business development at QinetiQ. Sutton previously served as executive vice president and general manager of  Global Crossing’s Federal Sector. Sutton is also the former Man Tech senior vice president of Defense and Intelligent Business division.

“Under his leadership, John has made major improvements to our organization,” said President and COO of QinetiQ NA, Mike Stolarik. “With his combination of business development expertise and experience leading large operations, John will enable us to bring our comprehensive information technology and mission systems engineering offerings to our defense, intelligence and commercial customers.”
