    Sarah Lynn, Nightwing

    Sarah Lynn

    Chief Legal Officer, Nightwing

Sarah Lynn’s biggest recent achievement is standing up the legal department at Nightwing following the company’s launch in April 2024. She focused her attention on building out the team and aligning its support model to meet the operational needs of the company, with the goal of right-sizing enterprise policies and processes to appropriately mitigate risk while empowering the business.

From day one, Lynn was a steady hand in building Nightwing’s legal and compliance foundation, said Bob Coleman, CEO of Nightwing.

“Her ability to guide the business through growth and change while keeping us aligned and mission-ready is a huge asset,” he added. We’re lucky to have her on the team.”

    Why Watch

In 2025, the legal team will continue supporting the company’s organic and inorganic growth. Nightwing closed on its first acquisition of Roka Security in March, and Lynn anticipates additional transactions to develop and expand the company’s core capabilities.

“I love coming to work every day and helping Nightwing support our nation’s most critical mission activities,” Lynn said. “In 2025, I look forward to helping us expand our growth opportunities through nimble and forward-looking legal, contracts and procurement support.”

Fun Fact: Lynn spent 5 years as a crew coxswain. The coxswain is responsible for keeping the boat on a straight path, maintaining alignment with the rowers, and supporting them as they do the hard work to get the boat down the river.
