    Olivia Fines

Chief Legal, Compliance & Risk Officer, Constellis

Olivia Fines recently aided Constellis in the successful completion of a recapitalization of approximately $266 million of debt under the company’s term loan facilities with existing investors.

This transaction significantly reduced the indebtedness of the company, while securing additional new capital. Concluding this transaction was a major milestone for the company.

    Why Watch

Fines and her team are working closely with their emerging technologies group in developing a new, patented solution, Layered Extended Security Operations that will revolutionize the national security industry. Leveraging an NDAA-compliant AI-driven model, LEXSO will begin pilot testing with several different government agencies in 2025. The goal is to help government clients become smarter, faster and more responsive to external and internal threats, both domestically and abroad, while staying in compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks, including privacy.

“Our innovative LEXSO technology, created by a U.S. company with US-manufactured parts, will soon become a household name,” Fines said. “Its applications are endless, and its capabilities will only continue to grow, enabling our customers to retain the most robust, intelligent, and legally compliant security services offered in the market.”

Fun Fact: Fines’ passion for law and science is applied in her recently completed book, “The Subordinates,” where the legal subjugation of certain people, moral right and wrong, and dystopian science-fiction collide. Coming soon to bookshelves near you!
