    Guidehouse Appoints Karen Odegaard as New AI Leader

    Guidehouse has appointed Karen Odegaard to lead its artificial intelligence strategy and services.

    A veteran technology executive, Odegaard will oversee the firm’s approach to AI, machine learning and automation. In this role, she will focus on advancing Guidehouse’s AI capabilities to deliver measurable impact for clients. She will work closely with senior leadership, partners and clients to co-develop advanced AI-driven solutions that enhance decision-making and open new opportunities for growth.

Karen’s visionary leadership will be instrumental as we expand our AI capabilities and drive innovation across industries.”

    Guidehouse said Odegaard brings a strong mix of technical expertise and business insight to the role. She began her career as a software developer and has since held leadership roles at global technology and professional services firms.

    Her experience spans AI, data analytics, enterprise and cloud platforms, application development, product strategy and portfolio management. She has worked with Fortune 500 clients across commercial and public sector markets.
