Leidos has appointed Leslie Fautsch as chief human resources officer, where sheâll support 48,000 Leidos employees worldwide and help shape the companyâs differentiated workforce strategy.

Fautsch brings over 20 years of experience to the role, and has served in several HR roles in Leidos for 14 years. Most recently, she led enhancements to the companyâs total rewards programs and redefined the human capital strategy.
Fautsch was previously senior vice president for HR operations and total rewards responsible for compensation, benefits and recognition programs. She also led HR for the companyâs corporate and enterprise functions. Overall, she has held multiple HR leadership positions in Leidos lines of business, including ethics and employee relations.
Before joining Leidos, Fautsch was in employee relations, ethics and HR management roles at another major aerospace company.
