Since joining CACI a decade ago, Amanda Christian has leveraged her passion for technology, analytics and continuous process improvement to drive transformative change at the company. In 2024, Christian was driven by this same passion as she readily assumed her new position effectively overseeing thousands of government contracts.
In this new role, Christian began to integrate operations among CACI’s finance, accounting, contracts and subcontracts functions. This recent alignment has prompted an increase in collaboration, supporting the company in its pursuit of winning new and important work. As CACI reaches new heights, Christian manages her department’s needs and enhances its skills to keep pace with CACI’s rapid growth trajectory.

In 2024, Christian aims to integrate her cross-functional teams into one cohesive department of true business leaders and lay out CACI’s contracts and subcontracts roadmap to success. To achieve this, she’s leading CACI’s adoption of the National Contract Management Association’s Contract Management Standard, deploying a new training curriculum for employees and updating the contracts and subcontracts capabilities framework. By adopting the CMS and aligning CACI’s contract management process with NCMA standards, Christian will build a trusted partnership between industry and government through a common language, propelling the company forward.
Christian also plans to deploy Robotic Process Automation bots to improve information flow within her department and advance CACI’s AI/ML solutions by increasing speed and accuracy while reducing costs. This initiative will make the department more effective and enhance its contract professionals’ capacity to act as business leaders, optimizing CACI’s prospects.
