Intelligent Waves has promoted Whitney Barrera to chief people officer to lead the company’s human resources strategy.
Barrera previously served as Intelligent Waves’ vice president of talent. She has 18 years’ experience in talent acquisition, compensation, talent management, leadership development and training; and 14 years’ experience leading HR professionals and people managers within government contracting.
