ManTech has promoted Jen Rodriguez vice president of its intel sector division. Rodriguez will report directly to ManTech’s Intel Sector President Barbara Haines-Parmele.
Since 2019, Rodriquez served as deputy of this division.
In her new role, she is responsible for managing the growth and success of this division and its team supporting the mission-critical client work.
Rodriquez brings 26 years of experience in the military and with global federal contractors to the role. Before joining ManTech, she worked at BAE Systems, Leidos and SAIC.
She is known for her subject matter expertise supporting clients in the Intelligence Community leveraging her mission knowledge, business acumen and leadership experience.
