    Ed Lee Named Noblis’ Deputy CIO

    Ed Lee has joined Noblis as vice president and deputy chief information officer.

    With more than 25 years of experience in the IT and government contracting industry, Lee brings a focus on operations, enterprise architecture, cloud services and cybersecurity.

    “Ed has a proven track record leading strategic IT initiatives and translating technology innovations into impacts and growth,” said Noblis CIO Mark Lay.

    “I’m confident that he will be a strong partner and leader as we continue to bolster and deliver resilient infrastructure and transformative services to our customers and organization.”

    Lee joins Noblis from Synergy BIS, where he served as vice president and chief architect to support the firm’s technology decisions and lead solutions for key customers, including the Department of Homeland Security, the U.S. Air Force, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and the Department of Labor.
