Glenn Kurowski
SVP & CTO, CACI
Glenn Kurowski is always looking ahead to anticipate CACI’s customers’ future needs.
As part of this strategy, he recently completed CACI’s first multiyear Strategic Collaboration Agreement with Amazon Web Services, which aims to significantly accelerate the company’s already burgeoning cloud migration and cloud-native development. Through this agreement, CACI’s talent benefits from a unique partnership with AWS to collaborate on delivering accelerated cloud adoption, innovation in disconnected environments at the edge and more insightful outcomes from data.
“Deepening our strategic partnerships with leading industry players is how we differentiate ourselves and continue to disrupt our industry for the better,” Kurowski said. “We are always seeking new ways to innovate and create additional opportunities for our customer to improve their efficiency and effectively use taxpayers’ dollars to benefit national security and government modernization. Our collaboration with AWS accelerates and expands our cloud work and accelerates the use of advanced services including artificial intelligence.”
Why Watch
CACI has continued to build upon its outstanding customer reputation rapidly growing its proven made-in-America optical communications technology, network modernization, analytics for information advantage, and electronic magnetic spectrum capabilities suitable to today’s adversarial threats. With this growth, CACI requires exceptional talent and continuous expansion of the company’s talent base. As a result, Kurowski is a passionate leader dedicated to nurturing the next generation of innovators who serve the government.
He is also a key leader involved in CACI’s internship program, which welcomes hundreds of college students each summer, and ensures each internship offers “real technology, real experience.” CACI interns are embedded on current programs and offered meaningful work, as well as an enrichment series of seminars that expose them to CACI’s technology, including Agile software development at scale. CACI was named a Best Employer for New Grads by Forbes.
“Glenn is a forward-thinker,” said John Mengucci, CACI president and CEO. “His willingness to personally be involved with the education and growth of CACI’s interns is a reflection of his integrity as a leader and his commitment to preparing them for the workforce. It is also a reflection of his dedication to ensuring that our interns receive top-notch, real-world experiences to ignite their passion to pursue a career in national security.”
