Jack Jackson led the collective efforts of the DCS human resources team that allowed the company to maintain incredible growth while navigating the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic and its impact on the workforce.
“We have actually improved our metrics in the hiring and retention areas as the pandemic progressed,” he said. “Additionally, our employee engagement scores have improved resulting from DCS’ unique employee-owned culture.”

Jackson’s team members continue to be heavily focused on HR digitization and support the company’s employee-owners. They have been advancing their tools and processes in talent acquisition, employee engagement and employee health and wellness. They also continue to improve the overall benefits package by adding benefits in the areas of parental leave and enhanced wellness programs.
