In 2023 and beyond, Kelley’s team emphasizes the behavioral and social determinants of health for the federal government. Their services consider the environments in which people live, learn and work, and the team evaluates how these factors influence various health, functionality and quality-of-life outcomes. They then craft tailored solutions based on these insights. This method led to a significant achievement: partnering with the Defense Department to offer financial literacy, education and counseling. This collaboration ensures service members and their families can create personalized strategies for financial success and well-being.
