Geoff Howard leads strategy and program execution for ManTech’s federal health clients, where he’s proud to lead a team that helps solve its customers’ toughest challenges.

The team’s biggest win this year? New work at the Defense Health Agency supporting the Joint Operational Medical Information Systems mission, delivering a scaled agile transformation while meeting its cost-saving goals.
“Our preparation for this work really paid off, as we completed transition with no service interruptions and brought a great mix of existing and new talent to the customer on time and on budget,” Howard said.
This year, Howard’s team is focused on continuing to expand its work supporting IT modernization, especially in medical logistics, operational medicine, clinical applications and all of the elements of zero trust.
“From Agile DevSecOps to enterprise IT infrastructure and operations our focus is enabling prompt, accurate and effective health care and benefits administration for service members, veterans and the nation,” he said.
The team’s focus on supporting federal health care spans the departments of Veterans Affairs, Health and Human Services and the Defense Health Agency and the Defense Healthcare Management Systems. The team is also leveraging the advanced solutions developed by ManTech’s Innovation and Capabilities Organization to solve customers’ toughest challenges. These purpose-built solutions leverage advanced technology in areas including cyber, artificial intelligence, analytics, DevSecOps and enterprise IT.
