Empower AI has appointed Pamela Rothka as the company’s new chief financial officer.

As a member of the executive leadership team, Rothka will partner with CEO Jeff Bohling and the board to drive strategy and financial integrity.

Rothka brings nearly 30 years of financial leadership expertise to the role. She will oversee Empower AI’s financial, treasury and corporate strategies, including financial planning and analysis, capital and cash management, accounting functions and M&A. She will also manage external audit and lender relationships.
Before joining Empower AI, Rothka held senior financial leadership roles at privately held, private equity-backed and publicly traded government contractors. She was CFO of ECS Federal, Octo Consulting and Buchanan & Edwards.
Aside from serving as CFO, Rothka serves on the board of directors and as treasurer at Make-a-Wish Mid-Atlantic. She chairs the WashingtonExec’s CFO Council and won WashingtonExec’s 2022 Chief Officer Award for CFO in the Public Company category.
