    Intelligent Waves Taps Catalina Murillo as Chief People Officer

    Intelligent Waves has appointed Catalina Murillo as chief people officer, responsible for defining and leading the company’s human resources strategy.

    Murillo brings nearly three decades of experience working in organizations across multiple industries, including hypergrowth IT/professional services.

    She has designed, led and executed the delivery of scalable workforce solutions in alignment with strategic business goals across geographically dispersed organizations.

    She joins IW after serving as senior vice president within the HR organization at Maximus.

    “We are excited to add Catalina Murillo to our leadership team during this period of unprecedented growth,” said IW CEO Tony Crescenzo. “Catalina will strategically focus on expanding our positive culture of impact and scaling our strong mission-oriented community.”
