NewSpring Holding company Avantus Federal has acquired Far Ridgeline Engagements, a provider of operational, training and technical solutions in support of national security missions.

Far Ridgeline Engagements has “a strong focus on providing solutions to our nation’s special operations and intelligence missions critical in strengthening peace and security in today’s global threat and technology environment,” said Avantus CEO Andy Maner.

Maner added that this next phase of growth for Avantus will enhance customers within the special operations and intelligence communities in need of tailored solutions.

“We are extremely proud to merge with the team and accelerate our growth at mission clients together,” he said.

Founded in 2007, Far Ridgeline Engagements primarily supports the special operations community in addressing mission operational, intelligence and identity management. Its CEO Brenden Hess said the company is excited to bring value back to the community the Far Ridgeline Engagements team grew out of.

“Partnering with Avantus over the past few years gave us a great appreciation for the cultural fit with FRLE,” he said. “Merging our culture, values and capabilities provides an excellent opportunity to better serve our employees, clients and partners in the years to come.”
