Technology systems integrator Intelligent Waves LLC has added Sherylyn Asch to the Growth Team to lead all capture activities for the company.

Asch brings over 20 years of experience in the federal acquisition process. Most recently, as chief growth officer, she led a small Alaska Native Tribal corporation startup into an 8(a) government contractor with $70 million in contracts awards and 50 employees, all within three years.

“IW is excited to add a high-performing and experienced talent in support of our growth trajectory,” said Intelligent Waves Chief Growth Officer Erin Horrell. “We look forward to leveraging Sherylyn’s savvy acumen to achieve big wins for our firm.”

Asch is a licensed instructor with Shipley Associates and a member of the Association of Proposal Management Professionals. She has completed the CACI Emerging Leader Program, gaining strategic business and management leadership skills. She is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in business/corporate communications from the University of Phoenix.
