Suntiva has elevated Scot Stitely to vice president to lead the company’s Defense and Intelligence business unit and to spearhead cloud and artificial intelligence adoption as well as acquisition-related service offerings.

Stitely will also have significant responsibilities across the areas of strategic, operational and talent acquisition, the company said.

“Suntiva’s culture sets it apart from other companies out there, and the values of the team here are exemplified in our work quality and customer relationships day in and day out,” Stitely said.

“I am humbled by this promotion and the recognition of my contribution that comes along with it,” he added. “I truly value the ability to work for a company where I can make a difference and be fulfilled while helping our customers meet their mission.”

Stitely has been with Suntiva since 2012 and has contributed to the expansion of its digital transformation offerings to the federal defense sector.

Promoting Stitely was an easy decision, considering his “solid relationship-centered, sleeves up, hands on leadership style, coupled with his excellent technical skills,” said Dr. Hany Malik, Suntiva CEO.

“Scot’s track record of demonstrated client success and dedication to the firm make him the perfect fit to lead this business unit.I have every confidence that Scot’s leadership ability and strategic vision will take Suntiva’s Defense and Intelligence business unit to new horizons,” Malik added.
