Heather Reilly has over 20 years of professional experience and oversees a $1 billion portfolio of work across the departments of Defense, Homeland Security, Justice and intelligence sub-sectors, encompassing over 5,700 practitioners.
Reilly is one of the firm’s experts on immigration and border security work. In this capacity, she led delivery teams focused on enhancing border security, facilitating trade and travel and improving lawful immigration to the U.S. through improved technology, processes and strategy.
Previously, she served as Deloitte’s GPS Alliances leader, responsible for setting the industry strategy and helping Deloitte’s public sector teams build partnerships with key technology providers to bring the next generation of innovative solutions to clients and drive firm growth.
She has also served as Deloitte’s GPS Technology Strategy and Architecture leader, focusing its client delivery on enhancing U.S. government and DOD mission and enabling operations through improved technology, processes and strategy.
Reilly is also the co-founder of Deloitte’s Immigration Community of Interest Network, and currently leads Deloitte’s immigration reform investment team and Refugee Community of Interest, a nationwide organization of practitioners dedicated to leveraging their Deloitte skills to provide socially impactful solutions to the refugee crisis.
In 2016, Reilly received Consulting Magazine’s Women Leaders in Consulting award, measuring the impact of women on the consulting profession.
