NCI has promoted Chief Financial Officer Chuck Hicks to chief operating officer to bring greater operational efficiency to the company as well as build partnerships with industry and drive collaboration and innovation. He retains his responsibilities as CFO.
Hicks brings over 20 years of experience in defense and financial management to the position. He has worked across a range of industries including government contracting, public accounting, health care and commercial real estate.

Prior to NCI, Hicks held leadership roles at SC3, ASRC Federal, SAIC and USIS. He also served in the U.S. Navy for six years.

Dillahay also cited Hicks’ “invaluable” work in helping the company navigate through the challenges of the recent COVID-19 pandemic.
