NewSpring Holdings company E3/Sentinel has signed a cooperative research and development agreement with the U.S. Special Operations Command.
E3/Sentinel will work with USSOCOM’s Science & Technology Directorate, Special Operations Forces Acquisition, Technology, and Logistics on advanced space R&D solutions.
“We’re excited to partner with USSOCOM to support its mission in the development of special operations peculiar technologies to help bridge the capability gaps,” said E3/Sentinel Director of Space and Cyber Initiatives Christopher Duncan.
“Our Space and Cyber campaigns are rapidly accelerating, and we plan on leveraging these capabilities to provide space access and cyber capabilities at the speed of SOF,” he added.
USSOCOM develops and employs fully capable Special Operations Forces to conduct global special operations and activities as part of America’s joint military force to protect and advance U.S. policies and objectives.
