During the award ceremony, Harbrecht explained her perspective on leadership.

It is a phrase that I use often to help people understand my leadership style, and that is invest in each other’s success.”
Harbrecht has a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Virginia and is a certified public accountant in Virginia.
