Management consulting services provider Guidehouse announced the promotion of eight industry professionals to partner.

CEO Scott McIntyre said each new partner brings a demonstrated level of commitment to quality in serving Guidehouse clients, which cover commercial and government sectors.

The new partners are Ramadas Poorna Chandra Aithal, Jan-Willem Bode, Marc Brickhouse, Matthew Dwyer, Ruba Elbasha, Greg Hafer, Kemal Karakaya and David Weiss.

Aithal is a partner in the Advanced Solutions practice based in Washington, D.C., and specializes in enterprise resource planning, business intelligence and enterprise performance management solutions. He is experienced in federal and budgeting applications, has worked on several consulting assignments and led large-scale system implementation and business transformation projects.

Bode is a partner within the Energy, Sustainability and Infrastructure segment out of London. He works with financial institutions on climate risk assessment of investment portfolios, revenue and business models in the context of the energy transition, and change management processes for corporations. He has more than 20 years of experience working on climate finance, corporate sustainability, project development and project finance.

Brickhouse is a partner in the Public Sector Financial Services practice in D.C. He has more than 22 years of experience helping modernize and transform federal and commercial organizations, and works with clients including the Department of Housing and Urban Development, Ginnie Mae, the Treasury Department, the Federal Reserve and several multilateral financial institutions.

Dwyer is a partner in the Energy, Sustainability and Infrastructure segment out of D.C. He’s dedicated to working with his clients to solve complex challenges, increase efficiency and improve operations to reach sustainable results. Since 2005, he has focused on the public sector, working with federal and civilian clients.

Elbasha is a partner in Guidehouse’s National Security segment in D.C. She has more than 15 years of financial management and business consulting experience supporting federal government, state and local government, and commercial organizations. At Guidehouse, she works with the Department of Homeland Security to deliver financial management and business transformation services.

Hafer leads the company’s Military Health System account team in its Public Health practice in D.C. He has directed support across key transformation initiatives like the consolidation of responsibility within the Defense Health Agency, the maturation of MHS governance and the development of a more integrated health care system.

Karakaya is a partner for the State and Local Government practice in New York, with expertise in the transportation, housing and telecommunications industries. During the past 10 years, he has focused on helping clients from New York state and New York City with technology implementations, business process reengineering assignments, organizational assessments and change management initiatives.

And lastly, Weiss is a partner in the Healthcare Life Sciences practice in New York. He has extensive experience in corporate and commercial strategy, and leads some of Guidehouse’s largest biopharma accounts. Weiss has been a key contributor to blockbuster franchises across a diverse set of therapeutic areas.

“I’m delighted with the caliber of each of these extraordinary professionals who continually demonstrate exceptional leadership,” McIntyre said. “We congratulate them and look forward to their continued contributions.”
